When we agree upon a date, time, and location, I will email you my photo contract and invoice for you to sign and pay. I accept credit cards, cash, or Paypal.
A session fee is required, and is an initial payment for the agreed-upon date and to reserve your spot. The initial payment is not a deposit and is non-refundable. The rescheduling fee is $50.
WHICH SESSION SHOULD I CHOOSE?
If you’d like to switch outfits, change locations, or if your group consists of 6 or more people, I would go with an hour (40+ images).
Couples or families with smaller children do best with 30 minutes (20+ images).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO EDIT AND GET THE PHOTOS?
Turn around time is typically 2 weeks for portrait sessions to ensure you look your best in each photo delivered. Edit requests must be made within 30 days after photo delivery.
DO I HAVE RIGHTS TO THE PHOTOS?
A print release will be delivered to your email giving you the print rights to work with any company besides my professional printing lab if you choose. This print release also gives you sharing rights to share the joy on social media.
As the photographer, I will always hold the copyright for each photo I take. I am the only one who can sell the photos and use them for commercial advertising.
WHAT IF THERE ARE WEATHER CONFLICTS?
Stormy days understandably warrant a reschedule. Overcast days can make for beautiful photos, so those days will be fine.
I will be in touch the morning of your session and we will decide together if we should reschedule.
There is no rescheduling fee if there is heavy rain or lighting (does not apply to cold weather).
